At Leatherfeast, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery for regular-priced items. Discounted items are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Final Sale items are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 15 days (regular items) or after 7 days (discounted items)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank for further clarification

Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Discounted Items
Discounted items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return eligibility requirements. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at leatherfeast@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
